The University of Montana School of Theatre & Dance is pleased to offer CHICAGO, the six-time Tony-Award-winning musical. CHICAGO runs in the Montana Theatre of the Performing Arts and Radio/Television Center on campus April 24-28 and May 1-5 at 7:30 p.m. There will also be matinee performances on Saturday, April 28, and Saturday, May 5, at 2:00 p.m.

In the Windy City at the height of the Roaring Twenties, would-be star Roxie Hart convinces her hapless husband to cover for a murder she committed ... until he finds out the victim was Roxie’s
boyfriend. On death row, Roxie and another “Merry Murderess,” the seasoned showgirl Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines until they ultimately join forces in search of fame, fortune, and acquittal. This sharp-edged satire is a legendary musical with good reason—every song is a classic and every dance number is one-of-a-kind!
